Desert Camp

• A down payment which is 50% percent of the invoice, is required to book the slot.

• If booking cancellation occurs 7 business days before the set slot, the down payment is non-refundable.

• If booking cancellation occurs 14    business days or more before the set slot, the down payment is non-refundable.

• Carmel Tours Operation's Team has the full authority to delay/suspend a trip in   the following cases:

​            -  Uncomplying guests.
  ​           - Any violation of the Saudi laws & regulations.
   ​           - Intentional actions of damaging facilities or equipment.

• Carmel Tours Operation's Team has the full authority to postpone or refund a trip in the following cases:

   ​            -  Unsuitable weather conditions.

• Carmel Tours Operation's Team has the full authority to  postpone a trip early in the following cases:

   ​            -  Unsuitable weather conditions.

• Any children under the age of 12 are not allowed to ride the quadbikes alone under any circumstances.

• Any pregnant guests are not permitted on any motor activities and hiking for their safety.

• Any allergies are to be declared through the booking coordinator before arrival at the desert camp.

• Carmel Tours Team Members are responsible for all guest's activities within the desert camp.

• All guests agree to undergo emergency medical procedures in a case of necessity which licensed staff members will perform
